Reorders are now available online!

Just in time for the holiday season!  Many of you have asked us about reordering your ASA team & individual photos.  They are now available online in the same event galleries as the action photos.  You can find them by going to www.rpactionphotos.com and clicking the lens that says “Event Galleries”.  From there, click on Apex Sports Authority and find your division.  Thank you for another successful season with ASA!  Your purchases support ASA, and as always, if you need assistance locating or ordering your pictures, please do not hesitate to call or email.

4:30-6:00pm – Posed/simulated action shots for anyone wanting a custom collage poster.  We will have a sign up sheet for this at our tent at the home games, or email us about your interest at ren.photo (at) yahoo (dot) com.

Football players needing to make-up their individual photo can come anytime between 1-4pm.

Action Shots Are Now Online!

Go to www.rpactionphotos.com and click on “Event Galleries” to view game photos.  You are supporting ASA when you purchase action pictures of your children!  A portion of all sales will be returned to ASA.  If your team does not have a game up yet, don’t worry.  We will be adding teams each week.  NEW for 2008!! – You asked, we listened!  Reduced shipping costs, and FREE shipping on orders over $50.00 (with the exception of posters larger than 11×14).

Cheer Team & Individual Pictures – Sunday, Oct. 12th

Now that all of the cheerleading teams have their uniforms, we have decided on a date for their team and individual pictures.  We will be taking them Sunday, Oct 12 in the afternoon.  We are still working on the location, and as soon as we get confirmation on where it will be I will post a schedule for when each team should come.

Picture Update – 9/6/08

Hi Everyone, pictures will go as planned tomorrow, 9/7/08 under the following conditions: 1) As long as the high school will still allow us to use the field, and 2) as long as there are no widespread power outages.  We hope everyone is ok and we look forward to seeing you all tomorrow!

ASA Football Team and Individual Photos

Hello ASA families!  The Football team and individual photos are scheduled for this Sunday, September 7th at the Apex High School football stadium.  Please plan to arrive 15 mins prior to your scheduled time.  For each team, we will start with taking the team photo first, in the bleachers.  Then the players will line up at the practice field for their individual shots.  You can dowload the order form from ASA’s website at this link: http://www.apexsportsauthority.org/Downloads/FootballCheer/2008PictureOrderForm.pdf  We look forward to seeing you all this Sunday!
